Size & fit
Each lantern 2.6 × 2.6 × 6 cm (1 × 1 × 2.4 in) without its chain. The chains are 8 cm and 10 cm (3.1 and 3.9 in) long.
Suits: snakes, lizards, turtles and other reptiles, frogs and other amphibians, insects and other arthropods (maker's list).
In the box: Two lanterns on iron chains, 8 cm (3.1 in) and 10 cm (3.9 in) long, each with its magnetic hook. Plants, substrate and animals in the photos are not included.
Safety: The hooks hold by magnet to a metal mesh lid. On an acrylic lid each needs a second magnet on top, which is not included. Printed plastic can soften under direct heat: keep it out of the basking spot and off heat mats.
Material: PLA plastic lanterns on iron chains. The lanterns are 3D printed; fine layer lines on the surface are normal for this method. The maker lists no light or battery.
Outside measurements. Where the maker gives the entrance, compare it with your animal's widest point.
Care
Rinse with warm water and a soft brush. Let it dry fully before returning it to the enclosure.
